This types of Test Plug special feature is to used for the pipe even with ovality and lack of roundness. It works in a dramatically opposed pattern since this plugs are adjusted by tightening the bolts of the edges.They are classifed in 2 types.
a) Single Port Rim Fastening Steel plug.
(CW 2" BSP Centre outlet).
b) Twin Port Rim Fastening Steel plug (CW 2" BSP Centre outlet & Inlet).
* Specially designed to perform both at the same time, that is hydrotest and a drain of the line pipe.
* Working pressure varies from PN5 TO PN25 depending on the application as per client requirement.

DN175 TO DN1200 (UPTO PN5 TO PN25)
Material specification:
• Aluminum or CS /MS with Galvanized or Painting.
• Rubber Ring Gasket ( EPDM IS Optional)
• Stud bolts, Nuts & washer are Galvaized or Zinc painting/ coating.
• Tie bars and nuts are zinc plated and passivated Stainless steel tie bars and nuts are available on request.
